General Information and Pricing

• Accommodations in Wilson Lodge.
• Use of outdoor pool at Oglebay is free to all lodge guests subject to season, weather conditions and hours of operations.
• Use of indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness center and sauna, is free to all lodge guests. Indoor pool and jacuzzi closed for maintenance March 2-6 and August 24-29, 2008.
• Use of other recreation facilities is not included unless specified in each package.
• All Lodge Packages include the Mountaineer Buffet Breakfast.
• All rooms include a newspaper Monday-Friday and in-room coffee service.

• Check-In Time begins after 3pm.
  Check-Out Time 11am
• A maximum of four persons is allowed in each room unless noted.
• Extra guest charges: (Memorial Day - Labor Day) under age 3: free, ages 3-12: $15 per night, ages 12 & over: $20 per night. Charge includes breakfast and wristband.
  (November - December & Holidays not listed) under age 3: free, ages 3-12: $8 per night, ages 12 & over: $12 per night. Extra Guest Charge includes breakfast.
• Cribs and rollaway beds are available at $5 each per night, based on availability. As a fire safety precaution, only one crib or rollaway can be placed in any room.
• Crockpots, hotplates and other electrical cooking appliances are prohibited in the lodge.
• Pets are not permitted.
• General quiet is observed after 11pm. The resort is closed to non-registered guests at 1am. All lodge visitors must depart by that hour.
• Dinner reservations are necessary. Call 304-243-4080.
• Handicap accessible rooms are available, with advance notice and based upon availability.
• Security boxes are available at the Front Desk. Management is not responsible for damage or loss of stolen property through fire or theft.
• A Star ATM is located in the Front Desk area.

• Lodge rooms are available as part of package plans.
• Weekdays are Sunday through Thursday nights.
• Weekends require two consecutive nights for advance reservations - Friday and Saturdays. Other Special Events Weekends may require three nights. Requests for one weekend night may be considered, based on availability, less than 30 days from arrival.
• Rooms are available in three rate categories: standard, intermediate and premium. Suites are also available. Call 800-624-6988 ext 4090 for rates.
• Rates are based on double occupancy per night (unless noted) and are subject to additional applicable fees and taxes.
• A one-night deposit, including tax, per room is required with each reservation. Advance deposits with credit card are charged to your account the day the reservation is taken. Cancellations made less than ten days from your reservation date are not eligible for refunds. Late arrivals, no-shows, or early departure will be charged for the amount of the original reservation unless we are able to fill the unused portion.
