Guest Room Benefits

•	Wilson Lodge is a non-smoking facility. All rooms non-smoking.
•	Use of the outdoor pool at Oglebay is free to all lodge guests subject to season, weather conditions and hours of operations.
•	Use of indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness center and sauna is free to all lodge guests. The indoor pool and jacuzzi will be closed for maintenance March 3–8, 2013 and September 8–13, 2013.
•	There may be an additional charge for some recreation facilities not specified in individual packages. Discounted activity bands are available to lodge guests.
•	All Wilson Lodge and Cottage guests (not on a golf package) receive $10 off regular 18 hole greens fees at the Robert Trent Jones, Sr. Designed Course and the Arnold Palmer Designed Golf Course at the Speidel Golf Club.
•	Newspaper available Monday-Friday.
•	In-room coffee service.
•	24-Hour Business Center.

General Information:

•	Guest must be at least 21 years old to rent a room.
•	Extra Guest Charges: Memorial Weekend–Labor Day: Under age 3: free, ages 3-12: $20 per night, ages 12 & over: $25 per night. Includes breakfast & activities. January–December and holidays not listed: Under age 3: free, ages 3-12: $8 per night, ages 12 & over: $12 per night. Charge includes breakfast.
•	Pack-n-plays and rollaway beds available in our traditional and intermediate rooms at $20 each per night, based on availability. As a fire safety precaution, only one pack-n-play or rollaway per room. Rollaways are not permitted in our premium rooms.
•	Crockpots, hotplates and other electrical cooking appliances are prohibited in the lodge.
•	Pets are not permitted.
•	General quiet is observed after 11 pm. The resort is closed to all non-registered guests at 1 am. All lodge visitors must depart by that hour.
•	Spa reservations are necessary.
•	Dining reservations are cordially accepted.
•	Handicap accessible rooms are available, with advance notice and based on availability.
•	Security boxes are available at the Front Desk. Management is not responsible for damages or loss of property.
•	A WesBanco ATM is located in the lobby of Wilson Lodge.
•	Check in begins at 3 pm, but is not guaranteed. If you intend to arrive before 3 pm please notify the front desk and we will make every effort to accommodate you, but we suggest that you plan to occupy your guest room after 3 pm. You are invited to enjoy the resort’s other facilities prior to check in on scheduled day of arrival.
•	Check out time is 11 am. A late charge of $50 will be applied to rooms that are not vacant by 12 pm (noon).

Payments & Cancellations

•	Lodge rooms are available as part of package plans.
•	Weekdays are Sunday through Thursday nights.
•	Weekends are Friday and Saturday nights and require two consecutive nights for advance reservations. Other special event weekends may require a minimum of three nights. Requests for a one-night weekend stay may be considered, based on availability, less than 30 days from arrival.
•	Rooms are available in different rate categories including traditional, intermediate, deluxe and premium. Suites are also available. Please call for rates.
•	Rates are based on double occupancy per night (unless otherwise noted) and are subject to additional applicable fees and taxes.
•	A one-night deposit, including tax, per room is required with each reservation. Advance deposits with credit cards are charged to your account the day the reservation is taken. Cancellations made less than ten days from the reservation date are not eligible for refunds. Late arrivals, no-shows, or early departure will be charged for the amount of the original reservation unless we are able to fill the unused portion.
