Animal Encounters
Have a personal encounter with some of the animals from the Good Zoo! The Good Zoo at Oglebay is offering new "Animal Encounter" programs that allow zoo guests to get into animal exhibits with the keepers to help feed and train some of the zoo’s animals! Don't forget to bring your cameras for this incredible experience! Only one session per animal will be available per day, Thursday – Sunday through August 31. A portion of the proceeds from the "Animal Encounters" program will support Oglebay's Good Zoo's conservation programs. |

Have you ever wondered what we feed our animals, what the otters’ names are, or how we train our animals to allow us to give them shots? This is your opportunity to find out! Every Friday from May 1st – August 28th you’ll have the opportunity to go behind the scenes with one of our animal keepers and learn everything that you would want to know about the zoo. |
