Treat this card like cash. The value contained on this card is redeemable for lodging, food, beverages, merchandise, services, admission and rentals at Wheeling Park Commission locations (Oglebay Resort & Wheeling Park). This card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. It cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Cards can be purchased or reloaded at many convenient locations throughout Oglebay and Wheeling Park.

Any value not redeemed within five years of issuance or reloading, and one year since last use, will be deemed a monetary gift to the Wheeling Park Commission. The card will be cancelled on the later of (i) one year from its date of last use, or (ii) five years after its date of issuance or reloading and any balance therein shall be receipted as a charitable donation on behalf of the named beneficiary thereof, to the extent a current address is available for such person, to the Wheeling Park Commission.
