Trolley Tours
The nightly trolley tour is a great way for visitors to see all of the Festival of Light's displays. Your knowledgeable tour guide narrates, provides festival history and gives you insider information about what goes on behind-the-scenes.
This nightly tour departs from Wilson Lodge hourly at 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30 & 9:30 pm. $8 (plus tax) per person

Gardens of Light
The hilltop and gardens area at Oglebay is now a four-season spectacle with 150 hanging baskets of lights, thousands of lighted flowers and trees, and distinctive holiday music.

Paint Your Own Pottery
Schrader Environmental Education Center. Choose from several different pottery shapes to paint or glaze. Pieces must be left overnight and can be picked up the following morning.

WINTER FANTASY AT THE GOOD ZOO
The Good Zoo’s Light and Music Extravaganza
• 35,500 LED lights choreographed to exciting holiday music
• Annual holiday model train display at the state’s largest O-Gauge Model Train Exhibit
• Winter Fantasies holiday laser light show at the zoo’s Benedum Theater. 18-minute programs are hourly from 12 - 7:30 pm Sundays through Thursdays, except Thanksgiving Day, and 12 to 9 pm, Fridays and Saturdays. Presented every hour on the hour, included with zoo admission. (Weekdays 7:30 pm show also)

Santa’s Workshop
The Zoo’s classroom has become a workshop, because even Santa could use a hand when making crafts and ornaments for the house this holiday season. There will be so many choices! You can put together holiday kits with reindeer, snowmen, the elves and Santa. You’ll be able to decorate a tote, make a foam gingerbread house, or even construct a Santa thermometer. Item selection may vary. Anyone can visit our shop! No registration required for Santa’s workshop.

Rockin’ Blues Christmas

A wonderfully exuberant tribute to Elvis! at the historic Capitol Theatre in Wheeling, WV.
Drawing full capacity crowds wherever they go, Scot Bruce (as the young Elvis) and Mike Albert (as the more mature Elvis) recreate the magic embodied by the King of Rock n’ Roll. This ultimate tribute show has become known worldwide and features a seven piece Big “E" Band to emulate the sound Elvis' band had in the Vegas shows and on tour.
Sponsored by Stratford Springs to benefit The Oglebay Foundation and its Access to the Parks Program Since 1999, the Access to the Parks Program has served youth on an individual basis who could not otherwise afford facility fees at Oglebay and Wheeling Park.
