Waddington House Waddington House, the former retreat of Earl W. Oglebay's grandson, Courtney Burton, Jr. is one of the resort's finest overnight accommodations. Palmer and Wheeler Houses These 4,600 sq. ft. estate houses, located in a private area overlooking the Speidel Golf Club, offer the finest in overnight accommodations. Features of each include a spacious great room, encompassing the kitchen, dining and living rooms in an open floor plan, and 6 bedrooms and 6 ½ baths.
